I was unaware that Murray was hanging onto the back of my shirt, as I opened the door to let the dogs out, and he flew off into the morning sun. He is a grey bird with typical yellow face feathers and topknot, and
bright peach cheek patches. He is an older bird,,,not exactly sure of age as I adopted him from a local shelter. He is a bright eyed cheerful bird who loves to sit on shoulders, and chat with you. He gives long
wolf whistles, especially if he is near water running, ie flushing toilet or filling washing machine, or peeing, even! He whistles his version of "Happy Birthday", asks "What'cha doin?" When he is lonely he will
whistle and call, and the longer it takes you to go to him the more intense his calls get. The final straw is that he mimics my cell phone ring, and will not stop ringing until I say "hello"! Then he settles down for a
chat. When going by his cage, even with a cover on, in the dark, he blows kisses at me. Sometimes to the dog! He mimics the dogs - "bark, bark, bark". He loves white bread, scrambled eggs, Lafaver seeds and
Millet sprays. We miss him terribly, as does his cage mate Lola. We live on the western side of Standish Maine, a mile or so from Sebago Lake, off Rt. 114. Meadowbrook II is home, out in the woods. Very
worried about his survival - so much rain and cold. Put some posters up, called Animal Control at PD. Called and sang and whistled and prayed that he'd return. If anyone sees him, or has been able to capture
him, please contact us. He loves to hangout with men and women equally - rides around on our shoulder while doing chores or just sit and watch tv. Likes to watch Elvis the Cockatoo dance on You tube! he has
started to dance when I play certain music,,,seems to like Norah Jones. When I clap, and move to the music, he had started dancing like Elvis bird! We miss his presence in our lives.... epeterson@fairpoint.net

Animal is a small 6-8 inch bright green Pearly Conure bird, with beatiful bright red and blue wing span. He has a small chip on the top of his beak, giving it a dirty appearance sometimes. He wears a metal ID
bracelet on one leg and likes to make ticking noises, as well as whistle. The whistle he makes resembles the sexist whistle of a male towards a female he finds attractive. I don't know how to whistle, but he answers
back when I say to him, "Woot Woo". I live in the neighborhood by the local YMCA in Bath,ME and assume he hasn't gotten far, as he just learned to fly and doesn't fly far before landing and perching for long

Flick is a six year old grey and white cockatiel, with a yellow head, and red cheek marks. So yes, he is a cinnamon cockatiel. He responds to whistling, which is how we located him when he was first out of the
house (he usually responds). He has been outside for twenty four hours now, and has been through around three thunderstorms. We have been keeping track up him up until now, when he flew out of sight much
earlier today, and has not been seen since. We fear that he may have been snatched by a larger bird, pecked to death by other birds (he was being chased earlier), or eaten by any sort of other animal. I realize how bad
it sounds, but we are in great distress and would be more than overjoyed to see him home. The area of Crofton, Maryland that was lost in is near the Crofton Branch Library, on Aberdeen road. We think he's

finger but then he will fly off of it and on to something else. He will his if you taunt him and try to grab him. His yellow hair stands on his head. He dances and chirps real loud to rap and the chipmunks and he wil

Cisco is yellow except for wings, beak and eyes. Wings are a spotty mix of cinamon and yellow with the longest feathers (primaries) mostly yellow, and the shorter feathers (secondaries) mostly gray. His color
classification is cinnamon-pearl-pied.He was lost one or two miles south of Espanola, NM about a mile east of highway 84/285. The area is both desert and residential with houses spaced 100 yards to half mile apart.
About half the terrain is sand and scattered desert grasses. There are clumps of dense (probably irrigated) vegetation, scattered pinon (evergreen) trees, dirtroads and 100 ft. ridges. sellyeyw@msn.com

Green and yellow parakeet with yellow splotch on head, has a ring on, I think it was red. I was picking bird up to his new home in my 10X10 foot aviary when somehow the cage was opened and stayed latched open
and he got out before we closed the car door. He is not tame, but was found by his previous owner outside, so if he gets hungry/thirsty enough maybe he will come. I know this is a long shot but I just feel so terrible!

Our African Grey, Hank, flew off my shoulder into the tree behind our neighbors house around 2:00pm on February 19th, 2011. After about an hour, the wind picked up and he flew in a tree about 4 houses down.
Then he took off once more and landed in the tallest tree about a quarter of a mile back behind our house in the woods. He's been there since it got dark, and now we can't see him because he's so high and it's pitch
black!He's grey with a bright red tail, he has an I.D. ring on his foot, he's about 13in long from head to tail, he loves his yogurt treats, bananas, nuts, and people!He says his name "Hank", "Hellooo" -(almost like a
little girl whispering), "Weeble" -(sometimes says it multiple times), makes a "whoosh"ing sound, "whew"ing sound, makes a quick, high pitch barking sound, tons tons tons of different noises! He even

cannot locate him/her. Animal control did not see the bird when I reported the lost bird. It has been on its own for 3 weeks and now the night temps
are going below 32 degrees. I set up a cage with food but it will not go in. Have no idea what to do? Last seen today @ 1 pm between the 2 properties
of 2924 and 2920 La Magna drive and the cross road of La Costa Way in the RIVER RIDGE GOLF COMMUNITY off of Knightdale-Auburn road in SE Raleigh.
