Medium sized, 2.5 year old parrot. Grey body, red tail and banded. She is very sweet but gets spooked easily. She whistles the American National Anthem, car alarms, wolf whistle, monkey noises, says "hello".
Whistles all different tunes, and makes lots of clicking noises. We found her in a tree, then she flew away, heading south from Hypoluxo Road, between 441 and Lyons Road, near the Valencia Shores neighborhood.

approach him. If you have to, cover him with a sheet or pillow case, but he is friendly enough to come to your arm. I would recommend calling first because doing this may frighten him off. He also enjoys the

Max is a young male whiteface cockatiel. His face is completely white. His crest is white and his body is grey with white banding on his wings. He is about the size of a large bluejay. He is a whiteface pearl and
since male pearls lose their pearling eventually he has lost his but you can see the faintest dappling on his chest still. He is vocal-will chirp, chortle, squawk,squeak, scream and whistle. He gets mixed up on the
songs he whistles sometimes and combines Reveille with Whistle While You Work and wolf whistle. He loves people food; popcorn, string cheese, apples, chicken bits, goldfish crackers, cheerios and oatmeal
squares. He flies to our kitchen sink when he wants water, prefering it over the water tube in his cage. He tends to be very "male" and will become amorous on hands, feet, etc and he chortles when he gets like that.
Loves to cuddle late night and early morning and will kiss you when you say kiss-kiss. He is a strong flyer and can fly with moderate wing clip; we let his wings grow because we got a young dog and wanted Max to
be able to get away from him if necessary. He flew out the front door so quickly I didn't know he was outside until I came back in and he was gone. I knew I shouldn't have gone out while he was out in the
living room and tried to slip out quickly and I grossly misjudged his speed in flying. We live in the west end of our city which has a lot of trees. We saw him flying near the top of the trees in our yard about 3 hours
after he got out, but then we didn't see him, anymore. We are heartbroken as he is very, very dear to us. It is very hot right now, but we are walking, calling, whistling and putting up posters and putting them at front
doors in the area surrounding us for several blocks all ways plus posting in newspaper, internet, anywhere I can. We lost our other cockatiel on April 16, 2010 when he escaped and I still look for Sydney-I am praying
for a better outcome with Max and am sick this has happened twice. We have loved our cockatiels so much and try to take wonderful care with them; our mistake (twice) has been to not get their wings clipped enough

Hello, I know it is a long shot but I am posting this out of curiosity to see if anyone out there ever found a two year old conure in the neighborhood around 63rd and New England near St Rene Church back in
September of 1989. He was still green when he flew away and was banded. We tried everything to find him for several months but no luck. We think he might have flown to the apartments in the area if not any

Ruby is an african grey parrot(grey body/red tail) She is VERY smart. She does bite. Has a large sound and vocabulary list. Can open her locked cage doors to get to her food and water if she is outside her cage and
wants to go in thru another door. She was lost from F and F trailer park. It was so fast we couldn,t even see which way she went... Could be ANYWHERE... We love her and she is GREATLY MISSED BY

On Sunday, September 11, 2011, we lost Zoot after she flew out of our house which is located near O'Neal Lane and South Harrell's Ferry Road in Baton Rouge Louisiana.She was a birthday present to me from my
husband and our whole family, including our 3 kids, love her very much. Zoot is a curious, nosy bird who loves people. She doesn't talk, but whistles and is forever landing on people's heads. She eats almost
anything and hovers over our plates at the dinner table. She especially likes eating green beans, landing on laptop computers, and having a bath in the sink. She loves to have her head scratched (much like a dog!) and will lower her head t
