inches but it flew up on my roof gutter. It's been there for several hours. I'm just afraid that the bird might not be use to cold weather and it's going to be another cold Maine night. I think if the owners showed up,

In Annapolis craigslist----On Thursday evening 5/8/08, I spotted a smaller size mostly green tropical type of parrotperched on a branch by the corner of Poplar and Windell Ave.at the end of the bike path. No bird
expert but it lookedsimilar to a African Lovebird or Conure but definitely a tropical origin. No it was not a parakeet.He/she seemed pretty healthy but looked lonely. I tried to catch it but he/she would jump higher.

In May or June 2008 I can't remember month. There was a Quaker parrot eating out of my birdfeeder in my back yard. I noticed there was a tag around his right ankle. He has a grey face and chest and is green
with some blue feathers at end of wings and tail. His favorite food I noticed are fresh string beans and apples. He likes the huge cage I have purchased for him because I had tried for a while to find his home,
but no responses. He does seem to be tamed but does go to bite if I try to pick him up. He does let me feed hand feed him and pet his head. If you have lost a quaker parrot and you think this might be your bird as I
mentioned he has a tag on his right ankle. I will only respond if you know the # on his tag. I have grown attached to him and he is definitly a spoiled quaker but he does deserve to be with his family, so I will

There is a yellow bird in my yard at my feeders. I believe he's a canary. He's not tiny thought, he's a big larger, approx the size of a
cockatiel. No plume on his head though. I took some pictures but they came out fuzzy. He is eating at my feeders every day, he lets me get close, but
wont let me touch him. Very beautiful soft yellow coloring, he sings beautifully! Did you loose your yellow bird? He's eating at my place!

is legible. The bird seems to be a little on the light side with respect to body weight, but is in otherwise good health and condition. He is currently in the care of a cockatiel owner and will be well taken care of

Gray pigeon with leg band. He's hanging around my bird feeder and seems to be fairly tame, I was out planting bulbs yesterday and he came within a few feet of me. He may be a little confused, he was circling
around the grass under my feeder this morning in 2 ft circle. I put out a little corn feed on the deck railing and he watched me but then didn't start eating it. He looks healthy. seguinbg@yahoo.com

When at recess at Woodmoor Elementary A gray cockatiel flew and landed on a girl (not me). We soon took the bird off the playground and used the the cage that we use for our class pet cockatiel. I take care of

Found this beautiful, sweet parrot in the street at the corner of 19th Ave and E. Columbia St in Seattle. It appears to be in good health, and very friendly. I'm guessing that it is a Bronze-wing Pionus from
