In Annapolis craigslist----On Thursday evening 5/8/08, I spotted a smaller size mostly green tropical type of parrotperched on a branch by the corner of Poplar and Windell Ave.at the end of the bike path. No bird
expert but it lookedsimilar to a African Lovebird or Conure but definitely a tropical origin. No it was not a parakeet.He/she seemed pretty healthy but looked lonely. I tried to catch it but he/she would jump higher.

and he would not come so I had to leave, but he tucked his head in to sleep if he goes undisturbed he may stay the night. Exact location is directly across from the Southern Avenue Bronx Zoo exit, there is a deli,

In the process of searching for my lost male cockatiel, Sport, I was contacted by Phila Animal Control (PACCA). A female cockatiel (or juvenile male) was brought in to them on the evening of Monday, April
21st. The bird was found somewhere in NORTH WEST philly (no other details available). She is pretty roughed up and VERY hungry I suspect she might have been lost some time ago. At any rate I am now
fostering this bird. She has a muted yellow face with orange cheek spots. She has striped tail features (though only gray and white, no yellow) which is what leads to me to believe she is a she or possibly a
very young male. It looks like whoever owned her had been clipping her wings. Lastly, her left foot is somewhat andquot;lameandquot;. It curls inward and while she uses it and it does not appear to cause her
any pain, she clumsy on it and will often stumble or misstep when using it. If this is due to an injury or birth defect I can not say. If you think this little gal is yours, please contact me. mars@rareoat.com

My husband rescued this very friendly and tame, medium-size green parrot out of a neighbor's tree late in the afternoo on Dec. 20 2007. He is not banded. So far, he isn't displaying any speaking ability, but is a
real cuddler. We have an extra cage large enough for him, and will take good care of him until his humans are found. Hopefully a Merry Christmas reunion is in store for his owners. Email

Gray pigeon with leg band. He's hanging around my bird feeder and seems to be fairly tame, I was out planting bulbs yesterday and he came within a few feet of me. He may be a little confused, he was circling
around the grass under my feeder this morning in 2 ft circle. I put out a little corn feed on the deck railing and he watched me but then didn't start eating it. He looks healthy. seguinbg@yahoo.com

Found white pigeon ( came across it while looking for my 2 lost white pigeons). UNBANDED, young pigeon, pure white with a few tiny flecks or red under wing. Reddish eyes, possibley a highflier or other
performing breed. Very underweight, is being cared for until owner is found, but please contact me if this is your bird, even if he's not wanted, just so I know. Found near a middleschool in the outer limits of
